How your custom order works
1. Send your brief. We review the requirements and clarify the specification.
2. Review and accept your quotation. Amanda confirms pricing, payment terms and proposed timing.
3. Confirm the order and approve artwork. Complete the agreed order requirements and check any design proof before manufacturing.
4. Production and fulfilment. We manufacture to the approved specification and arrange collection or delivery as agreed.
Submitting this form requests a quotation; it does not confirm an order or reserve a production date. Your custom order is handled directly with Amanda, separately from the ready-made online shop.
