What can I buy in the ready-made shop?
Standard products sold in their listed design and specification. They cannot be changed or personalised as part of the online shop order.
How do I request custom design and manufacturing?
Send your brief through Custom Design & Manufacturing. Amanda will review the requirements and prepare a quotation. Custom orders are handled directly, separately from the ready-made shop.
Can a company register an account?
Yes. Choose a company account during registration and enter the company and contact details. The account is for standard-product shop purchases; custom manufacturing remains a separate quotation and order process.
Can individuals buy retail products?
Yes. Individual customers can shop the same ready-made range at the listed retail prices. A company account is not required.
When is my custom order confirmed?
Your enquiry requests a quotation. Amanda confirms the order after quotation acceptance and completion of the agreed specification, approvals and payment requirements.
Do you offer collection and delivery?
Please confirm the available collection or delivery options for your order. Custom-production lead time and delivery time are separate and are confirmed for the job.
