What can I buy in the online shop?

The online shop is for standard products sold exactly in their listed design and specification. Those items cannot be changed or personalised as part of the shop order.

Can I request a change to a standard item?

Yes—ask Amanda about a separate custom design and manufacturing quotation. A change is treated as a custom request, subject to feasibility and quotation, rather than a product option in the ready-made shop.

How do I place a custom order?

Send your brief through Custom Design & Manufacturing. Amanda prepares a quotation and confirms the specification, payment terms and proposed timing. Your order is confirmed directly once the agreed requirements are met.

Will I see the artwork first?

Where artwork approval is required, check and approve the design before manufacturing. Review names, dates, spelling, dimensions and layout carefully.

When will my order be ready?

Standard-product availability and custom-production lead times are separate. Confirm custom timing before committing to an event date. Collection and delivery arrangements are confirmed for the relevant order.

Can companies register?

Yes. Register a company account for standard-product online purchases. The account uses the listed retail prices. Custom manufacturing orders remain outside the online shop checkout.

How do I register for a crafting class?

Open Crafting Classes, select an announced session or register general interest, and send your details. Amanda will confirm availability and any fee or payment arrangements. No place is reserved until confirmed.

Where can I find upcoming class and event dates?

Visit the Upcoming Events calendar. Only published, confirmed dates are listed. If there are no sessions yet, you can register general crafting-class interest.
